A Bay Area native, Neill learned to play the guitar at an early age. After finishing his studies at the California Jazz Conservatory and CSUEB, he quickly became a staple of the SF Bay Area music community, filling his schedule as a guitar teacher at various music schools and performing 4-5 nights per week with a variety of groups and talent agencies. His work is featured in Rocksmith, an AAA rated music education video game produced by Ubisoft. He's shared the stage with (to crowds as big as 18,000) and recorded with the likes of Jane Lynch, Alan Cumming, Teedra Moses, Pete Escovedo and the E Family, Adrian Marcel, Shoshana Bean, Lyrics Born, B Slade, Kev Choice, etc.
